Designed a real-time feedback system that flags poor-quality cooler images the moment a sales rep takes them — eliminating the costly back-office rejection loop and reducing fraudulent image submissions by surfacing errors before the rep ever leaves the store.

I'm a Lead UX Designer at Vision Group Inc, designing AI/ML and IoT-powered retail execution products used by enterprise clients across Europe. My work sits at the intersection of user research, product strategy, and craft — I care deeply about the gap between how people are expected to use a product and how they actually do.
I work across the full design cycle — from unmoderated user testing and card sorting to hi-fidelity prototypes and design system components. When I'm not designing, I'm with my family, who remind me every day why human-centred thinking matters.
